About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at ALLIED GRAPHICS as a Screen Printing Press Operator in Saint Michael, MN. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about the art of printing and want to contribute to high-quality production in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
Monitor printing processes to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
Mix inks and prepare screens according to job specifications.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
Assist in training new staff on press operations and safety protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
Proven experience as a screen printing press operator or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with color matching and ink mixing techniques.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
