Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.

Assist in training new staff on press operations and safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.

Proven experience as a screen printing press operator or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Familiarity with color matching and ink mixing techniques.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
