CNC Lathe Operator

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic team in Hiram, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications and engineering drawings.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using measuring tools; mics, calipers, tape measurers, dial indicators, go / no-go gauges.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator; familiar with fanuc controlsStrong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Duramax Marine Manufacturing
