Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a stepdown/PCU setting, monitoring and managing patients requiring intermediate-level acuity care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and other telemetry parameters as required in a stepdown environment
• Document patient assessments, care delivery, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a PCU, stepdown, or intermediate care setting
• Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a stepdown or PCU environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience with electronic health record systems in an acute care setting
