How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Direct Clinical Execution: Deliver high-quality patient care and perform medical procedures under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring all interventions align with established protocols.
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Contribute to comprehensive patient evaluations and maintain vigilant observation for adverse reactions to medications or treatments to ensure timely clinical response.
• Technical & Therapeutic Services: Conduct necessary laboratory tests and administer therapeutic interventions within the professional scope of practice to support the overall treatment plan.
• Medication Management & Education: Safely administer medications while empowering patients and families through targeted education on self-care, treatment plans, and post-discharge resources.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
