MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST

ST. LUKE COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE, a Ronan, MT based
hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist.

Responsibilities include: Performs phlebotomy, capillary, and arterial puncture on patients of all ages. Performs tests and procedures on specimens received in the laboratory according to protocols contained in the procedure manuals. Operates and
maintains equipment and instruments within the laboratory according to manufacturer and laboratory established procedure, specifically: processing/running of laboratory specimens, Calibration, Quality Control, Daily preventative Maintenance, Basic Troubleshooting.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in chemical, physical, biological or medical laboratory sciences.
Must possess nationally recognized license under ASCP, AMT
or NCA guidelines. Required to be licensed in the state of Montana as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Technician. Respondents must be presently eligible for permanent employment in the United States.
