Details Work in the Med/Surg Tele unit of a hospital setting Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7:30pm to 7:30am Options available for 4x12, 3x12, or 2x12 shift schedules Requirements Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) required in hand at time of consideration Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to travel One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for (Charge RN references accepted) Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores Additional Information Assignment length of 18 weeks to provide winter coverage, with 13 week assignments also accepted Travelers expected to work every other holiday COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date First-time travelers are not specified as accepted for this position American Traveler Job ID P-745441.
