Treasury Operations Specialist

Focused on ensuring safe and timely money movement, the full-time Treasury Operations Specialist will manage daily treasury and banking operations, execute customer payment processing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day treasury and banking operations, including bank account funding and liquidity forecasting Execute daily customer payment processing across multiple fiat rails, ensuring compliance and timely settlement Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues, coordinating with banking partners and internal teams Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking with exposure to money movement across multiple payment rails Demonstrated proficiency with ACH and multi-rail payment processing; AAP or NACHA certification strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience managing relationships with third-party vendors or banking institutions Proven ability to balance competing priorities and deliver accurate work in a high-volume environment Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
