Position Title: Travel CNA - Rehab

Location: Newark, NY 14513

Duration: 13-week

Work Schedule: Night 5x8-Hour (22:00 - 06:00)

Pay rate: $30/hr. ($1200/week)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Must submit Fingerprint Forms within 48 hrs of signing!!! Avg. Daily Census: 41 Beds: 41 Ratios: Days - 1:10 Nights - 1:20 Weekends - 1:12
• Years of Experience Required: 1 year Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Y Float Required: Y - Per facility need Weekend Coverage: Every Other Locals Accepted: N - must be greater than 50 miles
• Skills: LTC, Assist with ambulation, Assist with feeding patient, Assist with turning and repositioning, Bed shampoo, Change linens (occupied, unoccupied), Complete Bed bath, Foot care, Mouth care, Perineal care male/female, Pressure Injury Prevention, Shave patient, Shower assistance, Skin care, Urine/Stool Incontinence Care, Antiembolic stockings, Bedpan / urinal, Bedside commode, Call lights, Electronic vital sign equipment, Heel and elbow protection, Hospital beds/Specialty Beds, Hoyer lift, Pulse Oximetry, Special beds/air mattresses, Stretchers, Transfer belt, Transfer sliding boards, Wheelchair, Cleaning of equipment, Donning and removing PPE, Isolation Precautions, Measure/record drain output, Measure/record weight, Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic, Obtain patient Respirations, Obtain pulse (radial), Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic), Routine Catheter Care (Indwelling and External Catheters), Stool specimen collection, Turning and positioning patient, Urine collection, Fluid restrictions, Labeling specimens and transport, Lifting and pulling proper body mechanics, Limb restrictions, Normal Vital signs parameters (Adult and Pedi), NPO status, Passive range of motion, Recognizing cardiac arrest, Safe patient transfers, Stock Supplies, Bathing/hygiene, Diet intake/calorie count, Drain output, Reporting change in patient condition, Turning /repositioning, Urine output measures and records
• Orientation is held during the day their first week.
• Qualifications
• Active NY State CNA License — required.
• BLS required.
• Must submit Fingerprint Forms within 48 hrs of signing!!!
• First-time travelers accepted.
