LIHTC Property Assistant Manager

Ambling Property Investments is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist in managing residential real estate properties at Arcadia at Parkway Village in Fairburn, GA. The role requires responsibility for leasing, inspections, and compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in LIHTC property management and an Associate's degree.
