Retail Sales Consultant – Mattress Warehouse Mattress Warehouse is a leading bedding retailer dedicated to improving lives through quality sleep. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting premium mattress/bedding products using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system. Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customer sleep quality. Execute sales using our proven selling process and a mobile POS system. Package and assist customers with loading mattresses onto their vehicles. Maintain showroom floor, reset displays, and support operational tasks. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance. Preferred Qualifications Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours per week. Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. High energy, enthusiasm, and a team‑oriented attitude. Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs. Comfortable using technology such as tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system.
