Company Description Houston NeuroSolutions, in collaboration with Your Wellness Practice, provides holistic precision mental health care in the areas of Psychiatry, Functional Medicine, Neuromodulation and psychotherapy. We are seeking a skilled, analytically-minded licensed psychotherapist to work with complex clinical presentations at the cutting edge intersection of neuroscience, psychotherapy and neuromodulation. This is an in person position, not virtual. This role is designed for a clinician who is equally comfortable with structured diagnostic thinking and relational therapy, and who values precision, measurable outcomes, and integrative care. We have developed a team culture that is friendly, collaborative, and patient centered. The ability to work in a team environment and appreciate different perspectives is imperative. You will work within a collaborative care model incorporating: Neuromodulation ( PBM, PEMF, TMS, neurostimulation) Psychotherapy integrated into brain-based treatment protocols Collaborative team based approaches to Multidisciplinary Treatment Clinical Focus Areas You will primarily work with: Adults, adolescents, children Trauma & Attachment-Related Disorders Anxiety Disorders and Mood Disorders Executive Functioning, ADHD and Cognitive Decline Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Addictions Additionally, strong preference for clinicians who: Utilize structured diagnostic frameworks Think in biopsychosocial models Are willing to learn to integrate objective data (EEG, cognitive testing) into treatment planning Are able to collaborate openly and flexibly to support the patient and culture of the practice. Ideal Candidate Profile You are: Detail-oriented and analytically strong Friendly, adaptable and works well in a team environment. Able to move fluidly between data-driven interpretation and relational therapy Comfortable with complex cases requiring layered conceptualization Interested in neuroscience and brain-behavior relationships Skilled in both: Top-down interventions (CBT, executive strategies) Bottom-up awareness (mindfulness, somatic regulation) LPC, LMSW, - we are looking for an experienced clinician. Schedule & Structure Flexible structure (contracted with each organization) Evening and Saturday availability is a plus for younger patients.
