MATERIALS AND STORES SUPERVISOR

Position Title Warehouse Supervisor – Materials and Stores Supervisor Final Filing Date: 7/1/2026 Responsibilities Supervise the receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of printed materials in the Office of State Publishing’s Warehouse Unit. Ensure all activities comply with warehouse shipping and receiving policies, the OSP operations manual, the California Code of Regulations, and the State Administrative Manual (SAM). Operate under the general direction of the Warehouse Manager I, maintaining accurate inventory and record‑keeping as required by DGS guidelines. Minimum Requirements Pass a drug screening prior to hire. Obtain medical clearance prior to hire. Submit a completed STD 678 application and all required documents by the Final Filing Date. Eligibility for lateral transfer, reinstatement, list, LEAP, SROA, or Surplus status, or be in the process of attaining such eligibility. Meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the Classification Specification. Desirable Qualifications Self‑motivated and responsible. Demonstrate good attendance.
