Supervisor-Environmental Services (Non-Exempt)

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Environmental Services Department, supervising and coordinating staff activities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Education: High school Diploma or equivalent. (In lieu of education, at least 2 years of leadership experience may be considered.) Experience: 2 years environmental services experience, prior floor care experience. Preferred Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent. Experience: One-year previous work experience in a leadership role. Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
