Recruitment Coordinator

Overview Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a highly respected investment management and advisory firm in Baltimore to identify a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of the recruiting process. The role is heavily focused on coordination, scheduling, and candidate experience, with strong exposure to both HR and talent acquisition functions. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, responsive, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while working closely with a collaborative, in-office team. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Support onboarding logistics, including background checks and pre-employment steps Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation within the ATS Assist recruiters and HR leadership with day-to-day recruiting operations Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers Provide general administrative and project support across the HR team Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or administrative support role Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (staffing or recruiting exposure is a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle competing deadlines Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed Additional Information Contractors will be engaged on a 1099 basis Benefits are not offered for this position Parking expenses may be factored into hourly compensation consideration #J-18808-Ljbffr
