Project Manager - FinTech

Project Manager The purpose of the project manager is to ensure that projects are completed successfully and that the owners are satisfied with the projects outcome. They are responsible for keeping the project on track, within budget, and meeting the expected quality standards. Project managers play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. The project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. They will work closely with owners, team members, and clients to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards. Planning: Developing project plans, including timelines, scope, and resource allocation. Communication: Facilitating communication between owners, team members, and clients. Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them. Project execution: Managing project teams and ensuring that they are on track to meet project milestones. Quality control: Ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards. Reporting: Preparing and presenting project reports to owners, team members, and clients. Project closure: Conducting post-project evaluations and closing out projects. Qualifications 4-5+ years of experience in Project management working with new product launches, software launches, or banking, or financial services Financial and technological expertise: general understanding. Not required to be a subject expert Regulatory knowledge: general understanding of fintech landscape. This is preferred, not required. Agile and waterfall project management: this is an absolute MUST. Strong verbal and written communications: internal and external Collaboration and coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office basic apps, project management tools (some examples are Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, etc.).
