Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using a variety of therapeutic techniques to identify clients' needs.

• Provide a range of effective evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring the services align with industry best practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that promote positive client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and keeping abreast of the latest mental health research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in counseling, with a focus on clinical applications preferred.

• A strong understanding of mental health legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and relevant telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
