Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with our clients' goals and improve their mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and trust in the therapeutic relationship.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with emerging practices and improve therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult and child/adolescent populations, addressing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve working closely with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they receive culturally competent and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards associated with the counseling profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
