Exciting Opportunity for a CT Tech!

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic team as a CT Tech and enjoy a vibrant work environment!
- Position: CT Technician
- Shift: Day shifts, 3 x 12-hour schedules (07:00 - 19:00)
- Start Date: ASAP, with a commitment of 13 weeks
- Location: 75-mile radius requirement
- Qualifications:
- Must have an ARRT certification and a valid WV license
- A minimum of 2 years of experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Submission Process:
- Single PDF submission must include:
- Candidate profile (detailed work history)
- Specialty-specific skills checklist
- Minimum of 2 Manager/Charge References (from the past 2 years)
- RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of submission date)
- Covid Vaccine Status
- Copy of all required certifications
- Required Skills:
- Experience with 3D rendering techniques (e.g., Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering)
- Proficient in conducting CT exams (Abdomen, Chest, Head, Pelvis, etc.)
- Familiarity with both GE and Philips equipment
- Ability to perform special procedures, including biopsies and myelography
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and isolation precautions
- Patient Care Details:
- Work with diverse age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Engage in an interdisciplinary support environment, collaborating with physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, and more
- Additional Information:
- Pre-approved time off process
- Orientation held every other Tuesday
- Minimum two years of RN experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if applicable)
