OTT Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day digital operations for media-related products. Oversee ingestion, processing, and delivery of Video on Demand (VOD) content, ensuring high quality and adherence to technical specifications. Monitor the health of VOD delivery systems, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that could impact user experience. Leverage expertise in video technologies to design operational processes and apply tools & automation solutions for scale & growth. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Key skills; Experience in VOD Experience in XML or Metadata Experience in Content Ingestion & Video Supply Chain Management Experience in SQL 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Business or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience in media industry / OTT. Strong technical and operational experience in video-on-demand, including XML schema, metadata troubleshooting, content delivery optimization, and OTT technologies. Ability to diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical issues effectively. SQL skills with an ability to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights to drive operational improvements and data-driven solutions. 2+ years of experience managing vendor/contractor extended staff in a global, scaled operational environment Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
