Learning and Development Manager

Northrop Grumman

Northrop Grumman seeks a Training & Awareness Advisor for its Corporate Office in Falls Church, VA, with occasional travel. Shape the ethics learning strategy and translate values into everyday behavior, leading enterprise-wide training for new hires and staff. You will develop and deliver e-learning modules, partner with SMEs, coordinate workshops, and measure program effectiveness using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models.
