This role will provide learning consultation and project management over the collective Tech Onboarding experience from intern to Tech Leader. This person will be responsible for the long term learning content strategy that includes milestones, roadmapping, planning, stakeholder management and storytelling to drive towards a Destination State Tech Onboarding Experience that enables all levels of engineers to contribute quickly upon joining Capital One. This role is expected to identify and elevate risks in their team’s delivery and will be responsible for partnering with engineering to execute and deliver technical solutions. McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project Management Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
