Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible schedule while maintaining a commitment to your clients' mental health journeys. Standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While you will work independently from your home office, you will have access to regular team meetings and supervision sessions to ensure you continue to receive professional support and guidance as you provide care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, adapting them to reflect client progress and changing needs.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to coordinate the client's overall treatment approach.

• Provide psychoeducation and guidance to clients, as well as their families and caregivers, to facilitate a deeper understanding of mental health conditions and treatment options.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems efficiently to document client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address behavioral patterns that hinder recovery, while remaining attuned to clients’ evolving mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
