Dental Patient Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Relations Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Cameo Dental Specialists - West Loop location. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 7am -5pm and 1-2 Saturdays a month

*Must be able to travel to our locations when needed

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dental front office experience

The salary range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour.
