Desktop Support Technician

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Level I Desktop Technician to deliver onsite support for end-users, ensuring smooth operation of devices and applications. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and printers, acting as the first contact for technical help. You’ll diagnose problems, assist with account management, and document resolutions in the ticketing system while coordinating with L2 support and other teams to meet SLA expectations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
