IT Service Desk Technician - Windows & POS Support

Energy Transfer

Sunoco LP is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline support for 6,000+ sites, ensuring maximum uptime and meeting SLA targets. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely, document actions, and assist with technology rollout projects. Responsibilities include handling phone, email, and ticket inquiries, escalating to onsite vendors when needed, and providing after-hours support on a rotation. 0–2 years IT experience and strong customer service are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Transfer
