Desktop Support Technician

Description Deliver, replace, and upgrade asset(s) including Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices. (laptops and iPhones) Complete new device provisioning both in person and remotely in classroom setting Manage signing into all endpoints and iOS devices and completing device enrollment processes. Ensure teams can connect to WiFi. Configure Azure MFA during enrollment process. Ensure team can sign into single sign on (SSO) applications. Confirm M365 suite of product usage on endpoints and iOS devices. Set up MS Outlook signature(s) on endpoints and iOS devices. Ensure iOS device contacts, photos, and files are backed up via OneDrive on old iOS device and synced to new iOS device. Ensure that all the applications, configuration settings, and peripherals that the team member needs are installed and working properly. Provide feedback to the project manager / leadership for escalations Removal, tagging, documenting, and processing of endpoints and iOS devices that are collected from the team Skills Desktop, Troubleshooting, Hardware, Customer service Top Skills Details Desktop,Troubleshooting,Hardware,Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years: Customer Service - will support all levels of the organization Technical Skills - Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune Handling of IOS and PCs Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
