Desktop Support Technician

Day to Day: Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices. Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment. Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook. Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive. Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working. Troubleshoot deployment issues and upscale when necessary. Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.
