Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available to provide teletherapy services within a dynamic school district. This contract position requires delivering high-quality speech therapy to students via telespeech platforms, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating closely with educational staff to support student progress.

Location: Arlington, TX (Virtual work with district schools)

Contract Details:

• Duration: Immediate start through May 21, 2027
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Typically assigned to one school, with potential to serve two
• Work Model: Virtual teletherapy services (VOCO)
• Responsibilities include maintaining weekly time logs submitted for approval

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide teletherapy speech-language services consistent with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Manage high caseloads in a fast-paced educational environment
• Accurately document therapy sessions and student progress
• Coordinate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience with ESPED or similar IEP management systems
• Proficient in telespeech/teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload in a school setting
