As a Dunkin' franchisee, we believe our crew is just as important as our coffee and donuts! We're looking for a bright, energetic, and guest-focused Senior Shift Leader to join the fun.
In this role, you'll be the Store Manager's right-hand person, helping to coach our Restaurant Team Members, making sure we're hitting all those Dunkin' standards, and keeping our guests happy with fantastic service, every time! Must have open availability.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate Team Members throughout your shift.
- Coach Team Members and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Execute Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.
- Handle customer issues and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Support the Store Manager with inventory, vendor orders, and training programs.
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability policies are followed.

- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
- Strong guest focus and time management skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sister locations within a 30-mile radius of the market.
- Basic math, computer skills, and fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be 18 years or older
