Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, identifying strengths, challenges, and potential interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and strategies tailored to each client’s unique background and circumstances.

• Collaborate with educators and school staff to create a supportive and mentally healthy school environment, addressing student needs as they arise.

Compensation and Benefits\n
