Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads for the sales team.
- Distribute marketing materials and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter services.
- Represent Aspen Contracting at trade shows, home shows, and local events .
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a great customer experience.
- Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people and building connections .
- Reliable and self-motivated candidates who can walk 3-5 miles daily .
- Strong communicators with a persuasive yet respectful approach .
- Applicants with reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Base Pay: $17 per hour + uncapped commissions .
- Flexible Schedules: Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.
- Training & Growth: Learn from industry experts and advance within the company.
- Healthcare Coverage: Eligible after 60 days of employment.
