Account Executive

- Ownership of the full sales cycle
- Quarterly uncapped commission & competitive base salary
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts within the business services industry
- You will responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territory
- Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
- Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
- Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
- Contract negotiation with prospective clients
The Successful Applicant
- Prospecting experience is required
- Closing business is required
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas or objectives
- Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Adaptable, coachable and curious
