We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow the online presence of Shankar Distillers, an emerging craft spirits brand. This is a part-time opportunity (approx. 10 hours per week) ideal for someone with experience in the spirits or craft beverage industry who understands how to engage audiences and promote premium products on social media.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and industry-experienced Social Media & Brand Promotion Specialist to support the online presence and brand awareness of Shankar Distillers.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the spirits industry, particularly craft spirits, who can effectively promote products across social media platforms, especially Instagram.

Promote Shankar Distillers products across:

• Instagram
• Other social media platforms

Create engaging content including:

• Product posts
• Stories and reels
• Campaign-based promotional content

Develop strategies to increase:

• Brand visibility
• Audience engagement
• Follower growth

Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with the company's identity

(Preferred) Visit the distillery (Michigan location) to:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos
• Create authentic, on-site promotional content

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the spirits industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Alcohol branding and promotion
  • Market trends within the spirits sector
• Hands-on experience managing:
  • Instagram business accounts
  • Social media campaigns
• Ability to create engaging visual and written content

Notes:

1. Work can be 10 hours per week.
2. Experience in spirits industry a must and craft spirits even better
3. Must have exp in promoting shankar Distillers products on our Instagram accounts and social pages
4. If local, in Michigan, ability to come and take pics at our distillery even better and ideal.
