Job Summary:

Fratarcangeli Wealth Management is seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead the firm's brand, marketing initiatives, events, digital presence, and client engagement efforts. This role will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and professional brand across all marketing channels, materials, events, and communications while working closely with leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Management

Create and maintain marketing materials, including pitch books, PowerPoint presentations, and firm collateral.

Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and design standards across all firm communications.

Manage logos and brand assets for charitable initiatives, sponsorships, and affiliations, obtaining necessary leadership and compliance approvals.

Website & Digital Marketing

Lead the transition of the firm website from Wix to WordPress and oversee a complete website redesign.

Manage website content updates and optimization.

Coordinate publicity opportunities and relationships with media outlets and publications.

Events & Community Engagement

Plan and execute client, community, and corporate events from concept through completion.

Work with leadership to establish event goals, messaging, and desired outcomes.

Develop event planning checklists, timelines, and attendee media/photo waivers.

Coordinate venues, vendors, photography, logistics, and event communications.

Maintain and oversee the firm's charitable giving and community involvement initiatives.

Corporate Gifting & Promotional Items

Manage holiday, birthday, client appreciation, and special occasion gifting programs.

Oversee business cards, branded merchandise, promotional items, event swag, and other branded materials.

Ensure all client-facing materials reflect a cohesive and professional Fratarcangeli Wealth Management brand.

Vendor & Agency Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors.

Leverage external partners to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns, events, and brand awareness efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

4+ years of marketing, branding, communications, or event management experience.

Experience with social media management, website management, and event planning.

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
