Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Michigan and help scale multiple fast-growing e-commerce and entertainment brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands paid media, creative strategy, content coordination, and performance marketing across multiple platforms. You’ll be managing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest while also helping organize and lead a growing team of content creators, editors, and social media staff. About Us Our team creates content already, but we need someone who can bring structure, strategy, accountability, and performance tracking to both paid media and content execution. We are located in Commerce Twp, MI. Responsibilities Manage and optimize: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads TikTok Ads Pinterest Ads Analyze ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, attribution, and campaign performance Build and test creative strategies for paid social Coordinate with video editors, creators, designers, and influencers Organize content calendars and campaign workflows Help structure and manage a growing social/content team Create systems for tracking performance of creators and content Improve communication, organization, and execution speed Work closely with ownership on growth initiatives and campaign ideas Assist with retargeting, email/SMS coordination, and launch campaigns Identify winning creatives and scale successful campaigns quickly Ideal Candidate Strong experience running paid ads across multiple platforms Experience managing creative teams or content creators Organized and process-driven Understands modern short‑form content and social trends Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Data-driven but also highly creative Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or e‑commerce brands is a major plus Experience with influencer marketing or UGC coordination is a plus Requirements Must be located in Michigan.
