VP Transformation

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking 12-18 years of relevant experience across analytical problem-solving, operational delivery, and people leadership.
• We prefer a management consulting background at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or comparable Deloitte/Accenture operations practices, followed by 5+ years of internal operating experience at the VP level, or direct VP-level leadership of a business-side enterprise transformation in a complex, multi-entity organization.
• We need experience working in a multi-brand or multi-unit business with distinct operating models across business units and the ability to handle complexity without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or sponsor-backed environment is preferred, including familiarity with reporting rhythms, lender-level accountability, and the pace of decisions in a PE-backed operating company.

• We own the overall success of the transformation program.
• We drive technical delivery and product ownership for the platforms, including what is built, how systems are configured, and which capabilities are released.
• We ensure those capabilities create durable organizational change and measurable financial value.
• We lead the redesign of the operating model and support adoption of change across the business.
• We oversee business-side execution to make sure the transformation is implemented effectively.
