Delivers exceptional customer service answering inbound calls, determining needs, answering inquiries and fulfilling customer requests.

Specific Job Functions:

• Answers inquiries by clarifying customer requests and locating and providing information.
• May suggest additional services by recognizing opportunities to deliver improved service to the customer
• Logs appropriate information in the 360 “incident” program
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Responsible for being compliant with all regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to job function.
• Carries out other duties as may be assigned or requested.

Job Requirements:

• Customer focused
• 1 or more year of direct customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• The ability to build relationships with team members and customers
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Available to work Saturdays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
