This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing follow-up support, and researching issues to help resolve customer concerns. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries by phone and email. Take and process customer orders. Provide timely follow-up services and support. Research and troubleshoot customer questions and problems. Assist internal and external customers with requests of varying complexity. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members. Maintain a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills. HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
