Journeyman Plumber

Our mission is to deliver reliable, timely, and superior work to our clients across multiple states. BryMak is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to oversee the day-to-day operations at Groton CT.

*Responsibilities*

* Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
* Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
* Install and maintain water supply systems

*Skills*

* Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber
* Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
* Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances
* Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly with a great deal of patience
* Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces

*Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited to:*

* Assist other technicians with the installation of plumbing equipment, fixtures and PVF (pipe, valve and fittings) components.
* Obtain needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks
* Measures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubing
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
* Pay depends on experience

*must be a US citizen and be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background check.*

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
