This is a superb opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex litigation matters, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, employment, construction, real estate disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Eligibility: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the New York State bar. 3+ years of litigation experience including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, attending court appearances, and conducting/defending depositions. Law Review or Moot Court participation is preferred. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
