Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who take pride in working together and putting customers first. I grew up in Barrington and attended Illinois State University. Staying connected to the local community is important to me, and I’m an active member of the Barrington Lions Club. We offer vacation time, holidays, sick time, licensing support, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our goal is to create an environment where team members feel supported and can build a long-term career. Our culture is laid back, professional, and very team-oriented. Everyone shows up for each other, and we genuinely enjoy working together. We’re like a work family—professional when it counts, but not afraid to have a little fun and be silly from time to time. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anne Groh Beckman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
