Location: Kane, PA

Start Date: Immediate or as selected

End Date: Open-ended ongoing assignment

Shift: Night shift, 8-hour shift starting at shift time

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

License/Certifications: PA Registered Nurse license, BLS required

Experience: Prior nursing supervisory experience preferred, but NEW GRADS accepted

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay rate: $32.00 with a night shift differential of $1.75

What You'll Do

• Supervise nursing services ensuring quality resident care in accordance with regulations and facility policies
• Oversee nursing staff, including nurses and nursing assistants, coordinating daily activities
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' health status
• Complete and review care plans, updating as needed based on resident conditions
• Support emergency response and exercise sound judgment during crises
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and team members to deliver personalized care
• Perform documentation of assessments, treatments, and medication administration

What You Need

• Current PA RN license and BLS certification
• Knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory standards, and resident care procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Courteous, professional manner and dedication to elder care
• Preferred: Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing environment
