Structured Finance Associate Attorney
Locations: Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia
Direct Counsel is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join a premier AmLaw 100 firm with a top-ranked finance practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value matters with a collaborative team that values innovation, professional growth, and long-term career development.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the office where you apply
3–6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending
AmLaw 100 or large law firm experience strongly preferred
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 , depending on location and experience
