About the Role This is a Full‑Time role with compensation ranging: $70,000 to $100,000 + per year (Uncapped Commissions). Top performers: $200,000 + annually. We are looking for a driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Consultant who can control conversations, build trust quickly, and close decisively. This is a performance‑based role built for individuals who want income growth, authority, and real responsibility. You do not need prior solar or high‑ticket sales experience to succeed here. What matters is your ability to learn fast, execute consistently, and take control of your outcomes. You are not just selling a product. You are consulting our homeowners on high‑impact solutions that improve long‑term value and decision making. Your success is measured by execution, accuracy, and results.
