Trophy Nissan is hiring an experienced Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and exceptional dealership experience. This position combines front desk reception, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced automotive dealership.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is required.

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Create a friendly and welcoming first impression for dealership guests
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM
• Assist customers with license plate pickup and related requests
• Perform general front office and administrative duties
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing FedEx and UPS deliveries
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership team members
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
• Follow a consistent and reliable work schedule
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices in every interaction
• Follow dealership policies and safety procedures
• Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
• Previous receptionist, administrative, front desk, or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable with a strong attendance record
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
