HCM Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities Design and deliver Workday (View email address on click.appcast.io) training programs for HR staff, recruiters, and managers. Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship programs, interviewing & hiring best practices , and Workday recruiting processes . Maintain and update training materials, guides, and exams to reflect policy/system changes and learner feedback. Conduct virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions . Research and apply best practices in HRIS training and performance management programs . Analyze training effectiveness and Workday adoption through data reporting, dashboards, and presentations . Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course enrollment, reporting, and user support. Respond to training-related inquiries and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience delivering training across multiple formats (online, virtual, LMS, multimedia). Strong communication skills , with the ability to present complex HRIS concepts clearly. Program management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or Talent Management modules. HRIS training and instructional design background preferred. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of HR experience ; OR One (1) year experience at HR Spec 2 (HRP021) level or equivalent.
