Field Stipend - $15/day - Per field day worked (transport, food, phone). Trial Bonus - $50 per qualified trial - Months 1-6: at activation. After: at first payment Revenue share (new) - 20% of collected - First 3 paid months Revenue share (ongoing) - 10% of collected - Month 4+, life of account Volume bonus - $300 - 10+ trials in a month Launch sprint - $750 - 10 trials in first month

Mobill is building Miami's first GPS-verified mobile LED billboard network. Our platform enables local businesses to run highly visible advertising campaigns through a growing network of driver-operated digital displays moving throughout Miami's busiest neighborhoods. Unlike traditional outdoor advertising, Mobill provides advertisers with flexible campaign budgets, measurable campaign activity, and dynamic geographic reach across the city. The network is already live with 25+ active drivers across Miami and continues to expand as new inventory comes online. We're creating a new category of local advertising—one that combines the visibility of outdoor media with the accountability and flexibility modern advertisers expect. As one of our first sales hires, you'll work directly with the founders to help shape the company's go-to-market strategy, refine the sales process, and build the foundation for future growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a highly motivated Founding Sales Representative to lead in-person business development across Miami-Dade. This is not a traditional sales job. You'll be one of the first people introducing a new advertising medium to local businesses throughout Miami. You'll own a territory, develop relationships with business owners, generate new revenue, and help establish the sales playbook that future Mobill sales hires will follow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face selling, thrives in entrepreneurial environments, and wants to play a meaningful role in building a company from an early stage. Success in this role means building a strong pipeline, consistently closing new advertiser accounts, and developing long-term relationships that generate recurring campaign activity over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in-person prospecting throughout Miami-Dade, including door-to-door outreach, scheduled meetings, networking events, and local business development activities Introduce Mobill's advertising platform to prospective advertisers and educate business owners on the value of mobile digital advertising Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding handoff Build and maintain a qualified pipeline within the company CRM Develop relationships with local businesses across key verticals including restaurants, hospitality, nightlife, real estate, retail, automotive, professional services, and creative agencies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and advertiser success Identify opportunities for account growth, campaign expansion, and future advertising activity Gather market feedback and customer insights to help improve pricing, messaging, and sales strategy Represent Mobill professionally throughout the Miami business community Participate in weekly pipeline and forecasting reviews with the founding team

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

1–3 years of B2B sales experience, SMB sales experience, or local business development experience Based in the Miami area with reliable transportation Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek conducting in-person sales activities Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining CRM records Comfortable initiating cold conversations and building relationships with business owners Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited oversight

PREFERRED

Bilingual English and Spanish Experience selling advertising, media, marketing services, SaaS, payment processing, real estate technology, hospitality technology, or other SMB-focused solutions Existing relationships within Miami's business community Experience working in startup, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environments
