Operations Manager

ComForCare Home Health Care - Truckee Meadows is looking for a driven and compassionate Operations Manager to lead and grow our home care team in Reno, NV. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health care office, ensuring efficiency and quality of care Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise caregiving staff and administrative personnel Manage caregiver scheduling, client matching, and staffing coordination Monitor compliance with state regulations, company policies, and home care industry standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners Track key performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business growth Handle client concerns and caregiver issues with professionalism and urgency Requirements: 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a related field Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style Knowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards in Nevada is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience with caregiver recruitment, retention, and scheduling Proficiency in business software and care management platforms Compassionate, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality care About Us: ComForCare Home Health Care is a trusted provider of in-home personal care services, dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
