(JDE) Financial Analyst

The JD Edwards Financial Analyst serves as the functional expert for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Financial Management applications. This role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing financial business processes within JDE, while partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. The analyst will lead requirements gathering, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, training, and implementation efforts related to JDE Financial modules. Responsibilities Functional Support & Business Analysis Serve as the primary functional resource for JD Edwards Financial modules. Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Investigate and resolve JDE financial application issues. Work with Finance and Accounting teams to improve business processes. Develop functional specifications for enhancements and customizations. Collaborate with technical teams on development and integrations. JD Edwards Financial Module Support Support and maintain: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Advanced Cost Accounting Job Cost Expense Management Procurement integration Financial Reporting and Consolidations Multicurrency and Intercompany Processing Reporting & Analytics Create and maintain financial reports using: One View Reporting (OVR) BI Publisher Oracle Analytics Financial Report Writer SQL-based reporting tools Develop KPIs and dashboards for finance leadership. Validate data integrity across financial systems. Support audit and compliance reporting requirements. Project & Implementation Activities Participate in JDE upgrades and implementations. Execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop test scripts and validation procedures. Assist with data conversion and migration activities. Support new business acquisitions and system integrations. Documentation & Training Create business process documentation and SOPs. Develop training materials and conduct end-user training. Maintain system configuration and process documentation. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in: Accounting Finance Information Systems Business Administration Related field Experience 3–7+ years of JD Edwards Financials experience. Experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience with financial reporting and analytics tools. Technical Skills JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Job Cost Excel (Advanced) BI Publisher One View Reporting Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Experience with Oracle Database. Experience with JDE Orchestrator. Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit requirements. Experience with financial system integrations. Manufacturing or distribution industry experience. Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, AWS).
