Senior HRIS & Process Analyst — Lead & Optimize HR Systems

SDL Search Partners, located in Boston, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join a high growth Asset Management firm focused on improving HR Systems and Processes. This role involves reporting to the Director and provides significant exposure to Leadership, requiring strong horizontal business partnering and direct communication skills with executives. The ideal candidate will manage HRIS systems, analyze data for trends, and ensure compliance and efficiency of internal procedures.
